Veggie Forward Papaya Burger


  • 1 package Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Based Burgers
  • 1 Papaya, peeled & sliced into thick rounds
  • 1 cup Watercress
  • 1/2 cup Green Pesto
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  1. Cook the Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Based Burgers in a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until heated through and lightly browned.
  2. Peel and slice the papaya into thick rounds. Using a spoon, remove the seeds.
  3. To build the burger, start by adding some watercress to the bottom papaya bun, followed by a Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Based Burger, a bit of pesto, more watercress and the top papaya bin.
  4. Season with a bit of salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
