- 2 packages of Cutting Vedge’s Meatballs
- 1-2 cups of vegan cheese shreds (eg mozzarella, parmesan)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (28-ounce) can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt, or to taste
- 1 pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 6 medium buns of choice (eg hoagie, hotdog, ciabatta, baguette)
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced
