Vedgeacado Toast


  • 1 bag of Cutting Vedge Sausages
  • 4 – 6 slices of artisan bread of choice
  • 1 avocado, smashed
  • A few handfuls of spring mix, or other salad greens
  • Slices of cherry tomato, radish, baby cucumber
  • Sea salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds to season
  • Drizzles of high-quality extra virgin olive oil


  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with olive oil. Place 10 to 12 Cutting Vedge sausage patties on the skillet. Cook 2 minutes per side for approximately 4 minutes total or until hot, and remove from pan. Alternatively, bake the patties following package instructions.
  2. While the sausage cooks, toast your bread, smash your avocado, and slice the other veggies.
  3. Spread the spring mix, and smashed avocado on the toast. Cut the Cutting Vedge sausage patties in half, and arrange the tomato, cucumber, and/or radish slices with the sausage patty slices decoratively on top of the greens. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Then drizzle with olive oil.
