Supergreen Meatball Bowl


  • 1 packet Cutting Vedge Meatballs 
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup brussel sprouts 
  • ½ tablespoon minced ginger
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ tablespoon chopped red chili
  • sliced scallion for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. To make the rice, add ½ cup of rice and 1 cup of water to a pot on high heat cover and let come to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, lower the heat to the lowest setting and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until ready.
  3. Heat a wok to medium high heat and add broccoli and kale.
  4. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes and then add the ginger, garlic, and red chili.
  5. After 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper and add soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and honey.
  6. Stir for another minute and set aside.
  7. Prepare the Cutting Vedge Meatballs as per instructions on pack. 
  8. Add rice to the bowl, broccoli kale stir fry and Cutting Vedge Meatballs. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!
