Summer Ready Burger


  • 1 package Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Based Burgers
  • 2 Brioche Buns
  • 2 Tsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 Roma Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices Red Onion
  • 1 Large Carrot, peeled
  • 4 Leaves Romaine Lettuce


  1. Cook the Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Based Burgers in a lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat for 3 – 4 minutes per side, until heated through and lightly browned.
  2. Lightly toast the brioche buns and prepare all of the other ingredients. Use a vegetable peeler to create the carrot ribbons.
  3. Build the burgers by adding yellow mustard to the bottom bun then add the remaining ingredients followed by the top bun. Serve immediately.
