Plant-Forward Nori Wrap Burger


  • 2 Cutting Vedge Plant-Forward Burgers
  • 2 large Nori Sheets
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Sushi Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Quarter English Cucumber, sliced


  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet on high heat then add about 1 Tablespoon of cooking oil. Once hot, lower the heat to medium and pan fry the Cutting Vedge Plant-Forward Burgers until heated through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. 
  2. To build the nori wrap, place a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter then place the nori sheet shiny side down. Add 3 Tablespoons of cooked and cooled rice in the center, shaping it into a square. Next, add a bit of sriracha, one Cutting Vedge Plant-Forward Burger, then vegan mayonnaise, a bit more sriracha, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, and another 3 Tablespoons of rice in an even layer.
  3. Fold the corners of the nori sheet into the center like a present then tightly wrap it with the plastic wrap. Leave for 2-3 minutes to allow the moisture to seal the nori wrap burger.
  4. Lastly, using a serrated knife, cut the nori wrap burger in half and serve.
