Next, add a bit of Sriracha, one Cutting Vedge Plant-Forward Burger, then vegan mayonnaise, a bit more Sriracha, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, and another 3 tablespoons of rice in an even layer.
Fold the corners of the nori sheet into the center like a present then tightly wrap it with the plastic wrap. Leave for 2-3 minutes to allow the moisture to seal the nori wrap burger.
