Plant-Forward Cutting Vedge Burger


  • 1 package Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Forward Burgers
  • 2 Burger Buns
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha 
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 large Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves
  • White Onion, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced


  1. Cook the Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Forward Burgers in a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until heated through and lightly browned.
  2. Lightly toast the burger buns and mix the sriracha and vegan mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  3. Assemble the burgers by adding red leaf lettuce to the bottom bun then the Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Forward Burgers, the sriracha mayo, sliced white onion, and sliced tomato.
