Halloween Buffalo Meatball Pumpkins



  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the Cutting Vedge Veggie Forward Meatballs on the tray and bake following the instructions on the bag.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with 4 tablespoons ranch dressing and 3 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Once the meatballs baked, dip the meatballs, 1 at a time, into dressing mixture, or drip just on top. Transfer the meatballs in a single layer to a platter.
  4. Break the ends off of the pretzel rods. Cut a small hole in the top of each meatball and insert the pretzel pieces into the meatballs. Add parsley leaves. Enjoy
