Cook the Cutting Vedge™ Plant-Forward Burgers in a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until heated through and lightly browned.
Slice the avocados in half, length-wise, then carefully remove the seeds, and peel the skin.
Build the avocado burgers by adding a slice of tomato to the bottom avocado bun, followed by spinach leaves, the Cutting Vegde™ Burger, a slice of cheese, more spinach and the top avocado burger bun.
Place the avocado burger onto a large leaf of lettuce, sprinkle the top with sesame seeds and serve.
