Sloppy Joes


1 tbsp olive oil 

½ yellow onion, chopped 

1 Package (8oz) Cutting Vedge Crumbles 

¾ cup tomato sauce (180ml) 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

½ tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp dijon mustard 

1 tsp smoked paprika 

1 tsp red pepper flakes 

1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce 

black pepper and salt, to taste 

4 burger buns


Into a medium-size skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. When the oil is  hot, add the onion and cutting vedge crumbles. 

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the vegan beef is browned and  onion are softened. 

Stir in the tomato sauce, maple syrup, and all other seasonings. 

Reduce heat to low simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
